A Project to support rural women and SHGs under sustainable livelihood income program. We do provide trainings, mobilisation of products made by SHGs / rural women and marketing platform. Under this project a group of disabled people are also associated for their livelihood. These groups are making snacks products which are being sold in market under Maitri brand.
She is Poonam Devi, village Uncha Ameerpur, Dadri, District Gautam Budha Nagar. She joined Maitri in 2019. She offered to make Wadiyain… now her wadiyan is available in many retail shops of Delhi / NCR. Poonam is now a earning member of her family, able to support financially to her family. She has been honoured by District Administration.
MAITRI is not supporting only rural women, a women from urban areas are also getting the platform of new journey like Mrs. Arpita Sahay, she was a house maker now heading Maitri as a Head of Retail Networking.
House Maker came with new identity after joining Maitri.
